Identification Required
- All guests must provide valid photo identification at time of check-in (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver’s License)
- International guests must provide passport and visa details
- Any suspicious activities seen according to law act resort have full authority to take immediate action and cancel room
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 15 days prior – Full refund of advance
- Cancellation 7–14 days prior – 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days / no-show – No refund, but credit for future stays (valid for 6 months)

👶 Child & Extra Bed Policy
- Children below 5 yrs stay free (without extra bed)
- Children 5 to 10 yrs – 50% of the adult tariff
- Extra mattress/bed provided at additional cost
🦁 Resort Guidelines
As the resort is close to the Bandipur Tiger Reserve, guests are requested to:
- Avoid loud music & littering
- Refrain from stepping out alone after dark
- Smoking strictly prohibited inside cottages, allowed only in designated areas
🧳 Guests’ Responsibility
Any damage to the property or belongings (furniture, fixtures, etc.) must be reported to the management. Guests will be charged for any repairs or replacement.
